By accessing or using the website of Leads2roi, LLC (“Leads To Roi”, “we”, “us”) or engaging our digital advertising services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Leads To Roi provides digital advertising strategy, campaign management, landing page development, and related consulting services. All services are provided subject to a separate statement of work or proposal agreed upon by both parties. We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, ROI, or ad placements.
Advertising performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to your offer, creative quality, budget, market competition, platform algorithms, and economic conditions. Any examples, case studies, or projections are illustrative only and not guarantees of future performance.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g., ad accounts, website analytics). You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of all advertising content and offers you approve.
Payment terms are outlined in each proposal. Most engagements are month-to-month after an initial setup period. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Prepaid fees are generally non-refundable except as provided in our 60-day lead guarantee (specific terms available upon request).
Upon full payment, you own the final ad creatives and landing pages we create for you. We retain rights to our methodologies, templates, and any pre-existing intellectual property. You may not resell or redistribute our work without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leads To Roi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Texas, in accordance with Texas law.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
